Architectural drawings on a worktable

For the design team

For the people who
draw the building.

Architects, builders, and interior designers. We work on a million-dollar renovation and a twenty-million-dollar ground-up with the same process. Bring us in early. That is where the value compounds.

01 · How we engage

Across every phase of the project.

01

Schematic Design

We come in early so the design team has a clear menu of options before key decisions are committed to the plan. Conduit, low-voltage pathways, and rack closets land on the drawings during this phase, while there is still room in the wall section to put them somewhere that makes sense.

02

Design Development

By the end of DD the system architecture is set. Control platform chosen, network topology drawn, AV approach committed, security posture defined. Our drawings go out on your title block and our coordination meetings line up with the MEP and IT consultants you are already working with.

03

Construction Documents

Rough-in drawings, equipment schedules, and AV and IT specifications get coordinated into the CD set. When a bid goes out, the number we send you is the number we hold.

04

Construction Administration

Site walks happen on the cadence the GC is comfortable with. RFIs come back the same day they go out. Conflicts get caught at framing instead of at finish, which is the difference between a clean trim and a callback. The trades sharing the wall with us know who we are by the second visit.

05

Commissioning & Closeout

Calibration, programming, training, and a documented handover. We walk the finished system with the client and with whoever will be operating the building from this point forward. The punch list stays ours until it closes. The phone keeps working after we leave the site.

02 · What you receive

The deliverables that go in your set.

Rough-in drawings

Low-voltage pathways, back-box locations, conduit runs, and rack-room layouts, drawn in your CAD conventions.

Equipment schedules

Make, model, quantity, and location for every device. Updated through DD and CD revisions.

AV & IT specifications

Per-room AV requirements and network requirements written to the level of detail your spec book expects.

Coordination

We attend your owner / architect / contractor meetings, file RFIs through your channels, and respond on your timeline.

Field presence

Site walks at framing, rough-in, and pre-finish. We answer to the GC, not around them.

Closeout package

As-builts, programmed scene documentation, equipment manuals, warranty cards, and a written support plan handed to the building's operations team.

03 · Credentials

Insured. Licensed. Referenced.

Insurance certificates, contractor licenses, and project references are available on request. We are happy to be added to your firm's approved-vendor list and to satisfy whatever pre-qualification process you run.

We engage on direct contracts with the owner, on contracts routed through the GC, or as a specified subcontractor. We have no preference. We are here to make the project easier.
