How we collaborate
We begin at schematic and stay through closeout. One liaison from the first walk to final commissioning. Drawings in your CAD conventions, meetings on your cadence, decisions documented where the project team can find them.
What we deliver
Rough-in drawings, low-voltage coordination, AV and IT specifications, equipment schedules. Sized to the project at hand and revised as the design evolves. Site visits booked with the GC. The punch list is ours to close.
How to specify us
A short capability deck, sample specifications, and references on request. We work on homes, offices, multi-family developments, and one-room retrofits with the same process. We are most useful when we are involved early.
